Thanks for that! The "Refresh" button did not fix it, but logging out and back in again did. Cheers!
John
If you logged in here at GridRepublic, then the logout link is in the upper right of the screen.
If you came into GR from Progress Thru Processors then you can just use the "To Facebook" link in the menubar, and you will be logged out here and returned to Facebook.
Thanks, I clicked the Facebook link and came back but my graph is still empty. From a promotional point of view I think it would be better if an empty graph showed something else. My empty graph on Facebook isn't going to get other people excited about it.
i assume your account is new? after ~2 days, you'll start to see some data there.
if you want, remove any profile widgets (profile boxes) you might have added, and put them back in a week or so when you have more activity...
Refresh button does not work. Also, the logout button is missing.
Got this message on the help page:
Notice: Undefined index: userid in /var/www/vhost/www.gridrepublic.org/joomla/smf/Sources/Load.php on line 362
Tried rebooting. Also detached and reattached manager.
Thanks, Bruce D.
thanks, paul, for the suggestion.
at some point we'll update the PTP web charts with flash-based charts like the ones we have on the GR stats page. and at that point we can look at having some nicer placeholder when empty.
bruce, can you pls tell me:
about the logout button --
if you entered the site via FB, using the "to facebook" link in the menubar will send you back (and log you out). this seemed the best way to present things -- ie, since you did not explicily login, it seemed confusing to have users logout. (ie, people might wonder: does this log me out of facebook, since that is what i logged into?)
the goal of PTP is to integrate as seamlessly as possible with facebook; to make it feel like a single environment. there's more work to be done in that area, but that's the goal anyhow.
The message shows on the help tab page. OS: Vista Home Prem. SP2.
I'm not using Facebook. Been using GridRepublic for over a year, no problems prior to this one.
