Cannot edit World Community Grid... Never has worked... all other projects fine

Just like the subject reads I have never been able to make changes to WCG from Grid Republic.... It always says the project is unavailable when I click "apply" yet the project is on my GR account and functions fine... I just cant change resource share and it sucks because it puts me in a bind as far as contributing to multiple projects.
