After installation keeps asking for reboot

Hello! After I install  Progress Thru Processors it says a rebook is required to work properly after a reboot it ask for it again even if I delete it and re install it.(running windows 7 ultimate)

The Progress Thru Processors app needs a reboot to install properly, but it shouldn't require continuous reboots.  Have you tried downloading the new version using Add computer?
