Communication Error/World Community Grid/Einstein@Home

I get the below error when trying to change the Project Resource Share on World Community Grid and Einsten@Home.  This has been going on for about a week now.  Any ideas?
 
P.S. I was able to change this on all of my other projects just fine.

What about World Community?  I show around 7 tasks currently running in my BOINC program.
