Profile check

Maybe, since 2012 and several platform change, I've made a little of mess. Since then I've had a unique mail address (maybe a couple no more), unfortunately I should have a couple of profile with Boinc or Gradirepublic, how can I check them and eventually merge in just one? King Regards
